Lifely is operated by Triad Holdings Group LLC.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign in details private. Each account carries a permanent Lifely ID used for saves, support and subscriptions. Accounts are for individual use.

Subscriptions

Lifely Plus renews automatically until cancelled. Web subscriptions are billed through Square. Android subscriptions are billed by Google Play and are cancelled and refunded under Google Play policy. If you hold both, we flag the duplicate and refund one.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, resell or automate the service, and do not use it to harass other players. We may suspend accounts that do.

The simulation is fiction

Every person, place and event in Lifely is generated. Any resemblance to real people is coincidence.

Changes

We will post material changes to these terms on this page before they take effect.
